random

LOl soo im literally eating breakfast right now and i cant seem to understand those who dont eat breakfast.. like wtf breakfast is grrrrrrrrrreat!
and i can't understand why people would choose white rice over brown rice. i LOVE how brown rice is like.. crunchy in a way LOL kind of
so i shed some lbs ;) and my secret?!?! i ate every 2 hours. yeeeup i literally ate and then waited 2 hours (i literally checked the clock every like 15 minutes. i think im obsessed with food) and then i just aate again :) but the thing is, i ate snacks. like for example, i would eat seaweed and brown rice for breakfast. and then id be as full as fu** for like.. an hour HAHA and then i would digest everything. and then at 12 i would eat maybe a granola bar and maybe some bean sprouts? and then at 2 i would eat like popcorn and uhh animal crackerS? and then at 4 maybe like a green tea icecream bar (FRICKEN DELICIOUS. only 104 calories AND no saturated fat. wtf right? LOLOL) and maybee uhh whatever i can see. and then at 6 i would eat like, idk you get me right? i think thats so much better than eating a big meal. cause like the delicious taste is only there for a split second and then you feel so pregnant that you regret eating so much. but when you eat small meals you feel satisfied AND you feel skinnier HAHAH kind of. well the next day that is:))

p.s. pleasepleasePLEASE mr orthodontist ajushi, take off my braces today :(( just give me those retainers that will do the last touch ups to my teeth! i promise ill floss everyday and wear my retainers all the time!!! you can trust me >:]
